Patricia Roche


2020 Fall Fellow
Patricia Roche is a civil engineer with experience in site development and transportation infrastructure. She specializes in design and production of plans that include grading and drainage, utility design, and roadway reconstruction. She is currently pursuing a Masters in Civil Engineering with a focus on transportation at the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
