Thank you for joining us on July 25th for our 13th Annual Fête: Friends Party!
Bridge Street Sound returned with an incredible DJ line-up including Bereket, Sevyn, Donis, and Juju. With their soundsystem sending vibrations through the island, they set the mood and got us dancing!
Designed by stock-a-studio, the DJ booth and lighting rig displayed a solar-powered array of lights that turned the alleyway between Building 9 and 10 in Nolan Park into a glowing outdoor dancefloor.
As the sun set, a cinematic program presented by the Film-Makers Cooperative bloomed across a series of projection screens in the park. Curated by Zacarias Gonzalez, the series of short-films - titled Mutualism - focused on themes of ecological co-existence: living so that other lives thrive alongside our own, a civic practice as much as a natural one.
Thank you for joining us for an amazing night of dancing and celebration - see you next year!
