Steven Crainer

Steven Crainer is Senior Counsel in the New York office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP focusing his practice on tax law. Crainer brings a singular tax proficiency and corporate law background to advise corporations, not-for-profits, REITs, limited liability companies, and partnerships on operational issues and on structuring and documenting acquisitions and joint venture transactions. He has a BA in political science from the University of New Hampshire, a JD degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, and an LLM from New York University School of Law | Taxation. He is admitted to the bar in New York State.
